Medical Priority Procedure

If someone you know is on life support or another means of assistance which requires electricity to sustain life, please complete and return the form below so that we can place that residence on our Medical Priority List. In the event of an outage, power lines serving Medical Priority List members will be among the first to have power restored. A doctor's letter must accompany the completed form, and a new letter should be re-submitted each year so that our records will be current.
