Special Penalty Date

People who are 62 or older and on a fixed income are eligible to participate in our Special Penalty Date program. This means that the bill will be due on the 5th of each month. If you or someone you know would like to sign up for the Special Penalty Date program, simply  download, print, and complete the form and fax or return it to any of our payment centers.
